EEO-1 Reporting Now Open: Employers Must File 2024 Data by June 24, 2025
On May 20, 2025, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) officially opened the 2024 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection. Employers that are required to file must submit their reports by Tuesday, June 24, 2025. After this deadline, no extensions will be granted, and late submissions will not be accepted.
