His data-driven approach enhances efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making at ILS.

Annie focuses on accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls, supporting the firm’s commitment to precision, transparency, and effective financial management. Before joining the firm, Annie worked at AIG Investment, Zheshang Securities, and Mechcraft-Tech, focusing on financial risk management and data analysis. Skilled in SQL, Python, and Tableau, she enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency. She holds an M.S. in Applied Economics and Econometrics from USC and Finance degrees from Warwick and George Washington University.

Yvonne is a data-driven marketing specialist with a background in communication research and design. She focuses on email automation, content strategy, and performance analytics, with experience in internet companies and TikTok e-commerce agencies optimizing engagement through segmentation, A/B testing, and creative execution. With a BFA in Design and an M.S. in Applied Communication Research from USC Annenberg, she combines analytical insight with visual thinking to strengthen brand presence and client engagement for professional service firms in competitive digital markets.

Donna brings over 35 years of experience in administrative operations and executive support. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations through organization and coordination. Before joining ILS, Donna worked at Premier Workspaces and Laughlin Associates, providing high-quality administrative and accounting support that enhances efficiency and team collaboration.
