Yichen focuses on M&A, cross-border corporate transactions, venture financing and related corporate matters. She has experience supporting cross-border transactions involving companies and investments in multiple jurisdictions.

Her prior experience includes working with the Cross-Border Investment and M&A team at Zhong Lun Law Firm, where she assisted with legal research, due diligence, document review and other transaction-related matters. She has also gained experience through internships involving corporate, intellectual property and dispute-related matters.

Yichen received her LL.M. with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where her studies focused on corporations, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border business transactions. She also received her undergraduate legal education from Renmin University of China and has passed China’s Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
