This case was brought by an employee working for the company, alleging various violations of California employment laws. The plaintiff also sought to pursue the claims on behalf of a broader class of similarly situated individuals. Despite the aggressive stance taken by the opposing counsel, Richard strategically positioned the case, thereby forcing the plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit before the court’s initial case management conference. No answer ever needed to be filed.
