Eugene Kang is a member of the Corporate & M&A Group. He advises emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and strategic investors on a wide range of corporate matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and joint ventures. His practice focuses particularly on the technology sector, and he has represented both U.S. and international clients in complex cross-border transactions.

Before joining ILS, Mr. Kang practiced at two leading international law firms, where he represented private companies and institutional investors in various corporate transactions, including restructurings, equity and convertible debt financings, and M&A deals across industries.
