    Job Type: Full-time
    Job Category: Immigration Team

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a high-volume caseload of employment- and business-based immigration matters, including EB-1, NIW, PERM, O-1, L-1, H-1B, and other nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions.

    • Oversee the full case lifecycle from intake through filing and final adjudication, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with firm standards.

    • Prepare, review, and organize petitions, supporting documentation, government forms, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) in collaboration with attorneys when required.

    • Coordinate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to collect documentation, monitor case progress, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.

    • Supervise case workflow, prioritize deadlines, and ensure all filings are completed accurately and on schedule.

    • Train, mentor, and support junior team members while helping improve internal case management processes and operational efficiency.

    • Stay current on U.S. immigration regulations, policy updates, and filing procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

    • Deliver exceptional client service by proactively identifying issues, managing expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing U.S. business immigration cases, with demonstrated experience overseeing complex employment-based petitions.

    • Prior experience leading or mentoring a case management team is strongly preferred.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google work systems, lark, sharepoint

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.

    Compensation: $10,000/ Annually (based on experience)

    Experience: 2–3 years required

    Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
