Vivian Liu specializes in corporate transactions, corporate governance, and U.S. securities matters, with four years of experience advising companies, investors, underwriters, and financial institutions. Her experience spans venture and growth-stage financings, mergers and acquisitions, U.S. capital markets transactions, and public company compliance. She has worked on initial public offerings, de-SPAC transactions, pre-IPO financings, going-private transactions, and other general corporate matters, and regularly assists with transaction execution, diligence, board and shareholder approvals, and disclosure-related work.

Prior to joining ILS, Vivian worked at a boutique law firm in New York and an international law firm in Beijing, where she advised public companies, emerging companies, underwriters, and investors on a wide range of corporate and securities matters.
