Jared is a seasoned litigation attorney with nearly ten years of experience representing clients in complex business and high-value civil disputes in various state and federal courts.

Jared specializes in business disputes and litigation. He has achieved favorable results in complex cases involving real estate disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment disputes.

Jared’s litigation experience, in state and federal court, spans from the initial pleadings to the discovery phase, to summary judgment, trial, and all the way to appeal. Jared combines his knowledge of multiple languages, his background in academics, his business law specialization, and experience working at both large, international law firms and boutique firms to uniquely service clients.

Jared specialized in business law at the UCLA School of Law and actively follows the world of startups and venture capitalism. At UCLA law school, Jared competed in the Lowell Milken Institute-Sandler Prize for New Entrepreneurs and received the Second Place Prize.
