Ellen began her career at a Magic Circle firm, working in banking & finance and antitrust, where she advised major PRC state-owned enterprises on cross-border mergers, EU competition reviews, and U.S. CFIUS filings. She later joined the litigation and investigations team at a Vault Top 10 U.S. law firm, conducting internal investigations, compliance reviews, and SEC enforcement matters for Fortune 500 multinational clients.
