Cassie is a Law Clerk in a business immigration team. She previously worked across cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including bilingual international trade agreements and listing-related research, and has experience with compliance-sensitive operations involving cross-border logistics. She also has law-firm experience to dispute-related matters, including litigation preparation and hearings, evidence review, and contract-intensive matters in the construction sector, as well as work connected to trust disputes and property preservation.

Cassie builds on cross-border corporate and commercial experience, including in-house work on bilingual international trade contracts and the execution of a corporate listing plan, as well as law-firm experience supporting litigation preparation and complex contract matters; she has also conducted academic research on corporate compliance and compliance-based non-prosecution system, and has worked in business immigration after graduation.

Cassie earned her LL.M. at USC Gould School of Law, with coursework in U.S. procedure, contracts, business organizations, and legal writing, and completed Immigration Law with strong academic performance. She also has undertaken academic projects on public international law and corporate compliance, including research on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine and emerging compliance-based non-prosecution system.
