Cassie Zhao is a Law Clerk in a business immigration team. She previously worked across cross-border corporate and commercial matters, including bilingual international trade agreements and listing-related research, and has experience with compliance-sensitive operations involving cross-border logistics. She also has law-firm experience to dispute-related matters, including litigation preparation and hearings, evidence review, and contract-intensive matters in the construction sector, as well as work connected totrust disputes and property preservation.

Cassie earned her LL.M. at USC Gould School of Law, with coursework in U.S. procedure, contracts, business organizations, and legal writing, and completed Immigration Law with strong academic performance.She also has undertaken academic projects on public international law and corporate compliance, including research on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine and emerging compliance-based non-prosecution system.
