Melody specializes in U.S. immigration law, with a strong foundation in business immigration, family-based petitions, removal defense, and federal mandamus claims for immigration delays. Licensed by the State Bar of Georgia, she draws on her multilingual capabilities in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to serve diverse clients, delivering practical, client-centered strategies that navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

For business immigration, Melody provides expert guidance to businesses and investors on U.S. business immigration matters, helping companies secure visas for executives, managers, and skilled professionals essential to their operations. Her practice encompasses non-immigrant visas such as L-1A intracompany transfers for executives and managers, L-1B for specialized knowledge employees, E-2 treaty investor visas, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions, including EB-1C for multinational executives.

Complementing her business immigration expertise, Melody has extensive experience in family-based immigration, handling petitions for immigrant visas, adjustments of status, and consular processing through the National Visa Center (NVC). She has extensive experience in I-130 family petitions, I-601 and I-601A waivers of inadmissibility, I-212 waivers, VAWA self-petitions for victims of abuse, U visas for crime victims, R-1 religious worker visas, and N-400 naturalization applications.
