Edward是ILS的诉讼主管律师。他经常能够赢得数百万美元的判决，并在其职业生涯中发表了多篇对行业看法的文章。

Edward代表雇主和企业在州和联邦法院、仲裁庭和行政机构处理各种就业和商业诉讼事项，包括合同、商业侵权、欺诈、消费者保护、歧视、骚扰、报复、非法解雇和工时工资等诉讼。

在法学院期间，Edward曾在一位美国联邦地方法官处实习，撰写有关重大诉讼动议的初稿意见。毕业后，他代表原告处理联邦民权案件。

他在法官席上的经验以及跨越不同诉讼方的经历，使他能够更好地为客户提供建议，并帮助他们应对诉讼的复杂性。

Edward负责ILS的诉讼部门，他在ILS为低年级律师提供指导。他希望能够真正帮助他人，并为每个客户制定创新战略。

➤ Jenkins v. Tucker, 857 F.3d 765 (8th Cir. 2017) affirmed the denial of qualified immunity.
➤ Snell v. County of Los Angeles et al. (2019) Negotiated a voluntary dismissal in a civil rights action, saving the client thousands of dollars in litigation costs and fees.
➤ Pozzi v. County of Los Angeles (2019) Negotiated an early settlement on terms favorable to the client, saving the client substantial litigation costs and fees and eliminating the risk of a significant adverse judgment.
➤ United States v. Harmon, 944 F.3d 734 (8th Cir. 2019) reversed a criminal sentence.
➤ Chestnut v. Wallace, 947 F.3d 1085 (8th Cir. 2020) affirmed denial of qualified immunity.
➤ Waldie v. County of Los Angeles (2022) compelled the deposition of the sitting Sheriff of Los Angeles County, Alex Villanueva.
