Cheryl Sin

Sr. Case Manager

Cheryl Sin is the Case Manager at ILS, with over eight years of experience in U.S. business and employment-based immigration. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Cheryl is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and English, enabling her to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has developed broad and diverse experience across U.S. business and employment-based immigration, working with clients ranging from multinational corporations and established U.S. employers to entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, individuals with extraordinary ability, and immigrant investors. Her experience encompasses L-1A and L-1B matters under both individual and blanket programs, H-1B, O-1A and O-1B, TN, E-1 and E-2, as well as employment-based permanent residence matters including EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), PERM-based cases, and EB-5 immigrant investor petitions.

Through managing this diverse range of matters, Cheryl has developed a strong ability to understand the unique circumstances of each case, identify potential issues and documentation gaps, and coordinate the different requirements necessary to move a case forward. She is particularly skilled at reviewing substantial volumes of employment, corporate, business, financial, and supporting records, distilling complex information into clear and organized case records, and coordinating documentation across clients, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Her extensive case experience also provides her with valuable insight into developing practical case strategies, anticipating potential challenges, and managing complex and document-intensive matters efficiently from preparation through filing and post-filing follow-up.
