Tony is the operation director at ILS. He is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day operations, maintaining clients relationship, and optimizing the firm’s overall efficiency. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Tony led a fintech corporation on legal, compliance, and operation.  In that role, Tony was responsible for minimizing legal risks, establishing  compliance procedures, and building efficient teams. Often, he was able to spot issues related to the company’s daily operation at an early stage to prevent potential losses for the company.  

 

Tony enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. He has a successful record of scaling up companies and teams from the ground up. At ILS, Tony works seamlessly with the firm’s management team to ensure the team delivers the highest quality services to the clients.
