Wenqi Zhou

Wenqi Zhou is an immigration paralegal specializing in business immigration. Her work encompasses assisting with the preparation and management of cases involving various visa categories such as H, L, E2, TN, O, EB1, and EB2/EB3.

Before joining ILS, she had several internship experiences, including a Chinese big law firm, a local litigation law firm, and a Provincial Supreme Court, which equipped her with a diverse legal knowledge base and a solid foundation in effectively assisting employers in securing the talent essential for their operations in the US and delivering comprehensive legal solutions that address the complex needs of multinational clients.

In law school, Wenqi is deeply committed to pro bono service. She has devoted significant time to assisting LGBTQ+ individuals with legal processes related to gender and name changes, reflecting her dedication to using her legal skills to support marginalized communities. She was awarded the honor of Distinct Pro Bono Graduate.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Wenqi enjoys K-pop dancing and various sports, such as soccer, tennis, and ping-pong, which allow her to express creativity and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
