Wenqi Zhou

Wenqi Zhou is a Law Clerk at ILS, specializing in business immigration. She provides comprehensive support in preparing and managing cases across multiple visa categories, including H, L, E2, TN, O, EB1, and EB2/EB3, helping employers secure essential talent for their U.S. operations.

Before joining ILS, Wenqi gained valuable experience through internships at a prominent Chinese law firm, a local litigation practice, and a Provincial Supreme Court. These roles equipped her with a robust legal foundation and the expertise to deliver nuanced solutions for multinational clients with complex immigration needs.

While in law school, Wenqi demonstrated a deep commitment to pro bono work, dedicating significant time to assisting LGBTQ+ individuals with gender and name change processes. Her dedication to supporting marginalized communities earned her the Distinct Pro Bono Graduate honor.

Outside of work, Wenqi balances her interests with a love for K-pop dancing and sports, including soccer, tennis, and ping-pong, which allow her to stay active and express her creativity.
