Throughout her career, Anna has provided comprehensive guidance on various aspects of U.S. business immigration. Her expertise lies in assisting global employers with recruiting and retaining foreign national executives and highly skilled professionals essential to their U.S. operations. She focuses on H, L, E2, TN, O, EB1, and PERM cases, serving clients across industries including technology, biotech, telecommunications, entertainment, animation, education, and logistics.

Before joining ILS, Anna served as a Compliance Manager at one of the world’s largest financial services companies and a leading payment solutions provider in the gaming industry. Her diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of clients’ needs for practical legal solutions. Drawing from her experience as in-house counsel, Anna is skilled at delivering effective, tailored legal strategies to meet her clients’ specific requirements.
