Sean is a senior counsel at ILS. His practice focuses on commercial, employment, and general civil litigation. With more than ten years of legal experience in the U.S. and abroad, Sean regularly appears before U.S. federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. His clients include technology, e-commerce, transportation, real estate, construction, entertainment, and digital currency companies.

Prior to joining ILS, Sean had managed and resolved hundreds of complex international commercial disputes. In addition, Sean had worked with governmental entities to facilitate international business transactions and promote dispute resolutions on a global scale. Sean understands litigation is a form of resolution of disputes, and prefers spotting problems before they occur, identifying and reducing risks, and ensuring his clients are in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
