
Neo is an associate counsel at ILS, where she focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on breach-of-contract, wage-and-hour, wrongful termination, and discrimination claims.
Prior to joining ILS, Neo worked in a boutique bankruptcy firm, where she managed consumer bankruptcy cases in different chapters. Neo is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, fact and expert witness preparation, federal subpoena practice, and dispositive motion practice.
Neo is an outstanding team player with a goal of perfection, who constantly communicates with her clients and other members to improve her strategies. She finishes her tasks with utmost efficiency and scrutiny, and always returns work with impressive quality.
