Eugene’s practice covers a wide range of corporate matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and joint ventures. He has represented U.S. and international clients in complex transactions across the technology industry and beyond, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements.

Prior to joining ILS, Eugene practiced at two leading international law firms, where he advised private companies and institutional investors on restructurings, equity and convertible debt financings, and M&A transactions spanning diverse industries.
