​Anna is a senior counsel at ILS, focusing her practice on immigration law, entertainment law, business transactions, and foreign investment practices, of which she has more than a decade of successful experience.

 

Anna has advised for many years clients regarding all aspects of U.S. business immigration matters and has assisted employers worldwide with hiring and retaining foreign national executives and highly talented individuals needed in their U.S. workforce. Anna specializes in H1B, L1, E2, TN, EB1A, EB1C, EB2/3, and Change of Status cases. Anna has advised clients from diverse industries, including technology, telecommunication, entertainment, animation, education, logistics, international trade, and real estate. 

 

Prior to joining ILS, Anna worked as a compliance manager for one of the largest financial services companies in the world and a well-known payment solution provider in the gaming industry. Having worked in various industries, Anna understands clients’ specific demands for practical legal solutions. Her experience as an in-house counsel enables her to provide the most effective legal solutions to meet clients' needs.
